Empowering Women and Inspiring Community: Welcome to Athboy Women's Group!
This is a group that meets weekly to chat, do crafts & listen to speakers. It is made up of local women who enjoy the social support that the group gives, it is a relaxed atmosphere, women pass on skills to one another and enjoy a cuppa and a chat. The group was formed as there was a need for a space and a group for women to meet.
Exciting news for all book lovers out there, especially those with young children!
The ladies recently published a children’s book, showing the A-Z of the alphabet. Group members illustrated the book & completed the project together. It is available for sale for 10 euros from the group and also from the Athboy Credit Union, Tracey’s gifts in Athboy.
